Lively Fine Furniture is run by Les Lively, a veteran woodworking artist based in Hood River, Oregon. He is a self-taught designer/artisan, designing and handcrafting custom furniture and accessories. He has a passion for fine woodworking and his goal is to provide pieces to individuals who appreciate artistic furniture and originally designed pieces that are unique and "one of a kind"

Domestic and exotic hardwoods and veneers are selected for their grain, texture and color, and a hand rubbed finish is done to enhance their natural characteristics

His designs are a fusion of Art Deco, Arts and Crafts, and Modern design, emphasizing elegant lines and intricate details such as inlay, double dove-tail corners and mortise and tenon joints
